Kindergarten Enrollment

 

To enroll your student you must bring the following documents to orientation:

• Original Birth Certificate
• Proof of Residency (the document must be recent and include parent(s) name AND address)
  • Utility Bill
  • Mortgage Statement
  • Lease Agreement
  • NOT ACCEPTED
    • Bank Statement
    • Credit Card Statement
• Custody Documents (if applicable)
